In the oil industry, precise measurement of the oil level and quantity in storage tanks, as well as minimizing the loss of oil with associated water, is a key factor for effective management of industrial operations. "INSOL" offers the innovative INSOL MASS system, specifically designed to optimize and improve the efficiency of operations in vertical steel tanks.

The INSOL MASS system includes the following core equipment:
If necessary, multipoint temperature sensors, high-level alarms, or other measuring equipment installed on the tank can be connected to the electronic block of the INSOL 901 level meter.

In this case, both signal reception and power supply for the connected devices are handled through the INSOL 901 level meter's electronic block.
INSOL 901 reflex radar level meters allow for the measurement of the level and thickness of the emulsification layer in the crude oil storage tank (RVS). This enables precise determination of the lower boundary of pure oil and the upper boundary of pure water. Such layered control allows for real-time monitoring and analysis of the oil separation process and the separation of formation water.
INSOL MASS enables the automated discharge of clean produced water. Control of the shut-off or control valve is carried out based on the level of clean water through the INSOL 905 integration module. Additional control is implemented on the discharge line using the INSOL 903 flow moisture meter, which is configured to measure the oil content in the water.
