Layered Control of Technological Processes
The reflex radar level meters INSOL 901 allow for measuring the level and thickness of the emulsified layer in the separator. This enables a high degree of accuracy in determining the lower boundary of pure oil and the upper boundary of pure water. Such layered control allows for real-time monitoring and analysis of the oil and formation water separation processes.
Protection of Technological Processes and Additional Quality Control
The use of the SMART Separator systems significantly enhances the efficiency of technological equipment in oil preparation units. Additional control over output quality parameters not only helps to reduce oil losses with formation water but also prevents the entry of "substandard" oil into the commercial stock.
The INSOL 902 level meter automatically determines the dielectric constant of the separated oil after the partition, allowing for highly accurate phase level determination in the separation section.

Additionally, INSOL 902 automatically monitors the dynamics of water content in the oil, enabling real-time tracking of positive or negative trends in oil preparation.
