By interconnecting Insol-MC30 and Insol-MC31 media converters via a 10BASE-T1L PoDL line using an Insol-WS cable, the data transmission distance can be extended by 1,500 meters. In this setup, both the Insol-MC31 media converter and the 10BASE-T PoE segment can be powered either from the 10BASE-T1L PoDL line or from an external 24 VDC power source. This solution delivers power and data transmission at 10 Mbps over a total distance of 1,700 meters (100 m 10BASE-T PoE + 1,500 m 10BASE-T1L PoDL + 100 m 10BASE-T PoE).
By interconnecting Insol-MC30, Insol-MC32 and Insol-MC31 media converters via a 10BASE-T1L PoDL line using an Insol-WS cable, the data transmission distance can be extended by 3,000 meters. In this setup, power for the Insol-MC32, Insol-MC31, and the 10BASE-T PoE segment can be supplied either from the 10BASE-T1L PoDL line, an external 24 VDC source at the Insol-MC30, or an external 220 VAC source at the Insol-MC32. This solution delivers power and data transmission at 10 Mbps over a total distance of 3,200 meters (100 m 10BASE-T PoE + 1,500 m 10BASE-T1L PoDL + 1,500 m 10BASE-T1L PoDL + 100 m 10BASE-T PoE).
